Thank you for supporting small business and shopping with Deep Earth Ceramics! All of our orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days and sent from our studio in Fremantle Western Australia via Australia Post and Sendle. 

Shipping Costs 

Domestic: $10 flat rate Australia wide
International: Calculated in cart

Express shipping options are available upon checkout

Local Pickup

Avoid shipping fees and select the local pickup option at checkout for contactless pickup from our studio in Fremantle, WA. Please try and collect within a week of your order being fulfilled.

Handling and shipping times

All orders are prepared within 3 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Below is a rough guide of expected times for delivery.

Perth: 2-3 business days
Other major Australian cities: 3-7 business days
New Zealand: 10-20 business days
North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific: 14-21 business days
Rest of the world: Anywhere between 7-30 business days depending on your location, but can be tracked via your tracking link.

Custom Duties

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

Tracking

Once your order has been processed, an email with your tracking number will be sent to you as confirmation. Use this tracking number to follow your parcel's journey home to you.

Gifting

Ship directly to your loved one’s address and let us know if you would like to add a note or have us fill out a personalised greeting card by adding a comment at checkout.

Note: We exclude hard-copy invoices from all your packages to minimise paper use.
