Want to impress your dinner guests with handmade tableware?

In this 4-class series, I will help you curate, shape, and make your own bowls, platters, mini vases, and serving ware. You'll learn the fun and meditative craft of slab building with dark stoneware clay and experiment with carving techniques like scraffito for added texture. I'll guide you through customising your designs, and you'll finish and glaze them yourself.

By the end of this hands-on workshop, you'll have at least one serving platter, one serving bowl, spoons, and two mini vases.

Important details
I will glaze and fire your piece, with the cost included in your ticket. I take great care in finishing your handmade items, but please note that clay can be unpredictable, and occasionally items may break in the kiln. This is a natural part of the ceramic craft.

Your work will be ready for pick-up approximately 5-6 weeks after the class. I will contact you when they are ready. Please note that I can hold works for up to 4 weeks from the date of your workshop. After this period, any unclaimed pieces will unfortunately be discarded.
